We are proud to be selling our fresh bread exclusively at the Port Royal Farmers' Market on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. Come say hello and snag a loaf, baguette, or pastry.
A LOWCOUNTRY BAKERY
We try to make bread that tastes good, is pleasurable to eat, and doesn't leave you feeling bad. We use simple, wholesome ingredients and try to source from local farms and small producers in the Carolinas and Georgia. We favor sourdough but aren't afraid to use a little commercial yeast when necessary.
